Insurance Information

Please keep in mind that we accept most insurances, however, insurance is a benefit that not all patients have; Our doctors strive to provide the best quality of care regardless of who has or does not have that benefit.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will do our best to research your insurance and find a way to accommodate your needs. We ask that all patients please give us a call in advance if your insurance has changed; we also ask that you bring your new insurance card to your next appointment so we can verify all the information. This is the best way for us to expedite insurance payments towards your visit.

If you are having issues with insurance, we highly recommend that you contact your insurance company yourself as they will give you more information regarding claims or procedures than they provide us.

Our office cannot accept any HMO insurance plans as they require patients to see only participating dentists in order for any payments to be made.
